CBZ is based in Kya Sand, Johannesburg and has its own manufacturing facility and assembly workshop. This facility allows CBZ to act as a turnkey solutions provider, offering a full product portfolio and complete services to customers
CBZ was first established in 1979, when Clyde Blowers South Africa (Pty) Ltd was registered. In 2001, the company was renamed Clyde Bergemann Africa (Pty) Ltd and integrated into the Clyde Bergemann Power Group. In June 2021 the Company was acquired by Apex Partners and renamed CBZ Solutions (Pty) Ltd
