ET-X Projects was formed via the merger of ELB Construction and TEMI ME in 2021. ELB Construction was renowned for hands-on and client-focused execution and its successful completion of a wide range of complex SMEIPP projects in the mining, manufacturing and power sectors. TEMI ME was known for its expertise in piping and electrical instrumentation projects in the oil & gas sector

  • Engineering and Design - through well-established partnerships and internal capability; ET-X Projects offers detailed engineering services in order to meet our clients’ needs.

  • SMEIPP Construction and Erection – by utilizing its owned plant and equipment, ET-X Projects is able to execute work at highly competitive prices. The Company has an unrivalled breadth and depth of experience, including, steel structures; mechanical equipment, piping, ducting and vessels; bulk materials handling systems from handling run-of-mine (ROM) ore at the tip to ship loading; including all conveyor and stockyard equipment such as stackers; reclaimers and spreaders; pneumatic conveying systems; beneficiation plants; modular process plants; and port terminal refurbishments.

  • Project Supervision and Site Management - comprehensive services are offered from site mobilisation and establishment through to erection; procurement quality control; safety and environment management; detailed planning and progress control and project tracking; HR and IR management together with hot and cold commissioning and handover.

  • Shutdown and life extension services - assistance with the planning and scheduling before and during an outage; pre-shutdown systems preparation and safety review; outage work from one-day machine-specific outages to several weeks plant cold outages; preventative plant maintenance repair and manufacturing; emergency response to equipment breakdowns by providing quick mobilisation.
